Autoři se zabývají ultrasonografickým hodnocením vaskulárních komplikací renálního štěpu u dětských pacientů. Vycházejí ze souboru 32 dětských pacientů po transplantaci ledviny, kteří byli pnóy.a kulární komplikace. U tří pacientů šlo o stenózu přívodně tepny, u jedné pacientky byla tato stenóza komplikována arteriovenózní pištěli a posléze restenózou arterie. Arteriovenózní pištěl byla prokᬠzána celkem dvakrát - v prvním případě šlo o výše zmíněnou pacientku, u druhého pacienta šlo o náhodný nález. Obě píštěle byly následkem punkční biopsie štěpu. Stenózy a restenóza byly řešeny angioplastikou.

The authors discuss ultrasonographic evaluation of vascular complications of renal grafts in child patients. Their data are based on a group of 32 child patients after renal transplantation who were repeatedly examined by sonography in the course of 41 months. In four of these patients a vascular complication was detected. In three patients it was a stenosis of the afferent artery, in one patient this stenosis was complicated by an arteriovenous fistula and subsequently by restenosis of the artery. An arteriovenous fistula was detected twice - in the first case the above mentioned patient was involved, in the second patient the finding was accidental. Both fistulae were due to needle biopsy of the graft. The stenoses and restenoses were dealth with by angioplasty.
