Autoři uvádějí kazuistiku nemocné, u které byla 15 měsíců po akutní levostranné hemikolektomii pro stenózující karcinom sestupného tračníku prokázaná metastáza do centrálních jaterních segmentů s postižením střední jaterní žíly. Byla provedena centrální trisegmentektomie jater (odstranění S IV -h S V + S VIII) s použitím peroperační sonografie. V naší literatuře jsme nenalezli údaj o resekci jater tohoto typu.
The authors present the case-history of a female patient where 15 months after acute left-sided hemicolectomy on account of a stenotizing carcinoma of the descending colon a secondary in the central liver segments was detected affecting also the median hepatic vein. Central trisegmentectomy of the liver was performed (removal of SIV + S V 4- S VIII) using peroperative sonography. The authors did not find the description of such a resection in the Czech literature.
