V práci jsou popsány kazuistiky 2 pacientů s imunologicky verifikovaným onemocněním lupus erythematodes s orgánovými projevy (ledviny, perikard) a různě klinicky vyjádřeným postižením centrální nervové soustavy. Na nich je demonstrován přínos jednotlivých neurologických vyšetřo- vacích modalit (morfologických i funkčních) v diagnostice tohoto onemocnění a zdůrazněn význam zobrazovacích metod, zejména magnetické rezonance (MRI) mozku.
The authors describe the case-records of two patients with immunologically verified lupus erythe- matosus with organ manifestations (kidneys, pericardium) and different affections of the central nervous system. On these patients they demonstrate the asset of different neurological examination methods (morphological and functional) in the diagnosis of this disease and they emphasize the importance of imaging methods, in particular magnetic resonance (MRI) of the brain.
