According to the pathways of spread of ovarian cancer we treated 11 patients with 49 series of Taxol by the intraperitoneal route in combination with intravenouse Carboxyplatina. The average age of patients was 46,8 years. 9 patients underwent second-look operation, but only 2 patients were without any microscopic disease. 9 patients are still alive, 4 of them without any symptoms of the disease (36,4%).
