Alergenová imunoterapie je pričinná léčba alergických chorob. Kromě klasického aplikačního schématu můžeme užít schémata zrychlená - rush nebo cluster. Vysoké riziko nežádoucích účinků je spojeno s anamnézou astmatu, počáteční fází imunoterapie (frekvence 17 % ve srovnání s frekvencí 7,2 % ve fázi udržovací) a vysokým stupněm senzibilizace. Zrychlená schén émata mohou přinést záhy efekt, doprovázený typickými změnami imunity, ale nežádoucí účinky nacházíme častěji. Frekvenci nežádoucích účinků lze pravděpodobně snížit užitím premedikace antihistaminiky. Jsou diskutovány tři pripady alergie najed Hymenopter léčených imunoterapií.

Allergen immunotherapy is casual treatment of allergic diseases. Besides of classical schedule, we can use accelerated schedules - rush or cluster. High risk of side effects is associated with past history of asthma, initial phases of immunotherapy (frequency 17 % using bee venom allergen in comparsion with maintenance dose phases - 7,2 %) and high degree of senzitization. Accelerated schedules can bring effect very soon, in relation with typical immunology changes, but we can find side effects more often. Premedication by antihistamines probably can decrease frequency of these side effects. Three cases of Hymenoptera allergy treated by immunotherapy are discussed.
