Authors report a rare case of complications that occurred after an invasive urodynamic examination. In order to save the life of a patient with a bilateral acute abscessing pyelonefritidis due to pseudomonad uroseption and accompanied by a shock status with multi-organ failure it was necessary to perform the complete bilateral nefrectomy. After removing of the infection zone, i.e. -both kidneys, -the status of the patient dramatically improved. The patient survived and is taking part in dialysis-transplantation programme.
