Granulomatóza z Langerhansových buněk, onemocnění s abnormálním hromaděním velkých histiocytů (Langerhansových buněk), které mnohdy střádají různý fagocytovaný materiál. Existuje několik typů h. (viz. Abtova-Lettererova-Siweova nemoc, Handova-Schüllerova-Christianova nemoc, eozinofilní granulom), které postihují různé orgány (plíce, kost). Based on the pathological features of the cells involved rather than on clinical findings, the histiocytic diseases are subdivided into three groups: HISTIOCYTOSIS, LANGERHANS CELL; HISTIOCYTOSIS, NON-LANGERHANS-CELL; and HISTIOCYTIC DISORDERS, MALIGNANT.
