Prístup k bezpečnej zdravotnej starostlivosti je základ- ným právom každého pacienta vo všetkých členských štátoch, preto je prijatie spoločných pravidiel pre podporu bezpečnosti pacienta ako základného princípu všetkých systémov zdravotnej starostlivosti prvoradým cieľom. Skvalitnením procesu ochrany, zachovania ale- bo prinavrátením zdravia človeku sa v čo najväčšej miere má predísť všetkým negatívnym javom v systéme skôr, ako ich nesprávnym poskytovaním zdravotnej sta- rostlivosti pocíti pacient. V rámci stratégie bezpečnos- ti pacienta, v súlade s výzvou Svetovej zdravotníckej organizácie a v súlade so zabezpečením systému kva- lity, majú už dnes zdravotnícke zariadenia vypracova- ný systém hlásenia chýb, omylov a nežiaducich uda- lostí, ktoré vzniknú pri poskytovaní zdravotnej starostlivosti (1). V rámci doterajších poznatkov z pra- xe, sa na výskyte nežiaducich udalostí pri poskytova- ní zdravotnej starostlivosti podieľa ľudský faktor a nevyhovujúca organizácia práce. Jedným z najobá- vanejších pochybení pri poskytovaní ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti u onkologických pacientov, je extravazá- cia pri intravenóznom podávaní cytostatík.
An approach of safe health care is a basic right of every patient in every Member State EU. Setting glo- bal guidelines to support patient’s safety as a basic principle of every aspect of health care is a main goal. An improvement of quality of protection, mainte- nance and recovering optimal health should prevent every negative aspect in health care before it harms patient. Focusing on patient’s safety healthcare provi- ders have a system of reporting mistakes, errors and adverse events that may occur during providing health care (1). The most of adverse events occurs due to human factor and unsuitable organization of work. One of the most concerned errors in nursing care in oncology is chemotherapy extravasation.

Předkládaný text shrnuje kožní nežádoucí účinky protinádorové léčby - chemoterapie, cílené léčby a imunoterapie. Připojeny jsou kožní nežádoucí účinky radioterapie a tzv. recall reakce. Při hodnocení závažnosti je přihlédnuto k nové klasifikaci dle CTCAE v5.0, v případě radiodermatitidy ke stupnici RTOG. Vhodnou edukací, prevencí, včasným rozpoznáním a terapií je možno efektivně bojovat s nevyhnutelnými nežádoucími účinky protinádorové léčby.
The present article summarizes cutaneous adverse effects of anticancer treatment - chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. Also discussed are cutaneous adverse effects of radiotherapy and the recall reactions. To evaluate severity, the new CTCAE v5.0 classification is taken into account; in the case of radiation radiation dermatitis dermatitis, the RTOG scale is used. Appropriate education, prevention, early recognition and treatment can all aid in fighting the inevitable adverse effects of anticancer treatment in an effective way.
