V práci jsou analyzovány rozdíly v hodnotách hloubky a šířky horního a dolního zubního oblouku, v hodnotách incizálního schůdku a hloubky skusu u pacientů s Angleovou 11. třídou, 1. oddělením a Angleovou II, třídou, 2. oddělením. Do souboru pacientů s distookluzí bylo zařazeno 69 pacientů, 30 mužů a 39 žen ve věku 7,3 - 35,5 let. Soubor byl rozdělen do čtyř skupin podle oddělení Angleovy II. třídy a vývoje chrupu (smíšený a stálý chrup). Výsledky analýzy hodnot získaných měřením na sádrových modelech chrupu zhotovených před ortodontickou léčbou 35 jedinců s Angleovou II. třídou, 1. oddělením a 34 jedinců s Angleovou 11. třídou, 2. oddělením neprokazují žádné zásadní rozdíly v morfologii zubních oblouků mezi oběma sledovanými skupinami s výjimkou hloubky zubních oblouků a velikosti incizálního schůdku.
Differences in depth and width of the upper and lower dental arch, and in the overjet and the overbite in patients with Class II, Division 1, and Class II, Division 2 were studied. The sample included 69 patients - 30 male and 39 female patients of the age between 7.3 - 35.5. The sample was subdivided into four groups according to Class II divisions and dentition development (mixed and permanent dentition). The results were obtained from dental casts made before the orthodontic treatment - 35 Class II, Division 1,34 Class II, Division 2. It can be concluded that except for the depth of dental arch and the magnitude of the overjet, no significant differences in morphology of dental arches bef M^een the two groups were observed.
