V práci sa uvádzajú dve kazuistiky pooperačných komplikácií po translabyrintnejexstirpácii tumorov pontocerebelárneho uhla. Vykonalo sa 37 operácií. Pooperačné komplikácie -krvácanie, meningitída a likvorea sa vyskytli každá v jednom prípade, to znamená incidenciu 2,1 %.Diskusia sa touto problematikou zaoberá podrobnejšie. Zdôrazňuje sa správne vedená celkováanestézia, peroperačná hemostáza, výhody translabyrintného prístupu, dôkladná obliterácia a in-tenzívna pooperačná starostlivosť.
The authors present two case-records of postoperative complications after transla- byrinthine extirpation of tumours of the pontocerebellar angle. Thirty-seven operations were made. Postoperative complications - haemorrhage, meningitis, liquorrhoea occurred in one case each, i.e. an incidence of 2.1 %. In the discussion this problem is dealt with in more detail. The authors emphasize well conducted anaesthesia, peroperative haemostasis, the advantages of the translaby- rinthine approach, thorough obliteration and intensive postoperative care.
