Tato studie analyzuje, s odstupem jednoho roku až osmi let- vvslpdkv terapie onemocnění syndromem karpálního kanálu (SKK) klasickou chirurgickou miniinvazivní technikou v souboru 513 pacientů, U nichž bylo provedeno 831 operací. Zabývá se významem velikosti operačního přístupu, přítomností přidružených chorob a jejich vlivem na pooperační výsledek, pozornost je rovněž věnována pooperační pracovní schopnosti pacientů. Zjištěné lé výsledky potvrzují naše přesvědčení, že miniinvazivní chirurgickou terapii lze považovat za postup volby při onemocnění SKK.

The submitted study analyzes aff er an interval of one to eight years the therapeutic results of carpal tunnel syndrome by the classical miniinvasive surirical technique in a group of 513 patients subjected to a total of 831 operations. It deals with the extent of the surgery, the presence of associated diseases and their effect on the postoperative residts. Attention is also devoted to the postoperative work capacity of the patients. The assessed results confirm the authors' opinion that miniinvasive surgery can be considered the procedure of choice in carpal tunnel syndrome diseases.
