Autori popisujú osud 3 pacientov liečených pre epidurálne krvácanie v spinálnom kanáli. Porovnávajú svoje skúsenosti s literatúrou. Poukazujú na zriedkavosť tohto ochorenia a možnosti diagnostiky. Upozorňujú na jeho zákernosť, zdôrazňujú potrebu rýchleho chirurgického zásahu. V opačnom prípade hrozia trvalé následky.
The authors describe the fate of three patients treated on account of epidural haemorrhage in the spinal canal. They compare their experience with data from the literature. They draw attention to the rare occurrence of this disease and possibilities of diagnosis. They also draw attention to its treacherous character, emphasize the necessity of rapid surgical intervention. Otherwise there is the risk of permanent sequelae.
