U 70leté nemocné se 21 let po operaci maligního melanomu zjistily metastázy. Původní melanombyl lokalizován na bérci, byl odstraněn radikální excizí a histologicky hodnocen jako Breslow 1,0mm. Po 21 letech se během 6 měsíců objevily postupně tři podkožní metastázy melanomu na bércia stehně. Po excizích a radioterapii je zatím nemocná bez potíží a bez projevů onemocnění.

In a 70-year-old female patient with a malignant melanoma operated 21 years ago secondarieswere detected. The original melanoma was located on the leg, it was removed by radical excision andhistologically evaluated as Breslow 1.0 mm. After 21 years in the course of 6 months gradually threesubcutaneous secondaries of a melanoma on the leg and thigh developed. After excisions andradiotherapy the patient is so far free from complaints and without manifestations of the disease.
