Článek upozorňuje na vzácné neinfekční příčiny serózní meningitidy, jako jsou např. Vogtův-Koyanagi-Haradův syndrom, Beh9etův syndrom, neurosarkoidóza, Mollaretova meningitida a léková a chemické meningitidy. Přehled je doplněn kazuistikou uveomeningitidy, která se velmi blíží obrazu Vogtova-Koyanagiho-Haradova syndromu. Subjektivní obtíže, horečka, likvorový nález a změny na očním pozadí ustoupily na kortikoterapii. Pacient se uzdravil bez poškození zraku a po dvou letech zůstal bez recidivy.
The article brings to the reader's attention rare non-infectious causes of aseptic meningitis, e.g., Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, Beh9et syndrome, neurosarcoidosis, Mollaret meningitis and drug and chemical induced. The review is supplemented by a case report of uveomeningitis that closely approximates the presentation of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome. Subjective symptoms, fever, cerebrospinal fluid analysis and fundus examination disappeared after corticotherapy. The patient recovered without any vision deficit and remained without recurrence for two years.
