Předmětem sdělení je koincidence vysoké reziduální aktivity krevních destiček měřená na základě indexu destičkové reaktivity (PRI 73,4 %) se subakutní trombózou stentu. Na základě výše uvedeného vyšetření byl zaměněn v duální antiagregaci klopidogrel za prasugrel s dosažením účinné blokády destičkové aktivity (PRI 28,09 %).
This article features the coincidence of high residual platelet activity measured by the platelet reactivity index (PRI of 73.4 %) and subacute Stent thrombosis. Based on this checkup, unresponsive patient treated with dual anti-aggregation was switched from clopidogrel to prasugrel and was achieved an effective platelet aggregation blockade (PRI of 28.09 %).
