Specifická alergenová imunoterapie (AIT) je v současnosti jedinou kauzální léčbou alergické rhinokonjunktivitidy a alergického průduškového astmatu mimo prevenci alergenů. Rozhodnutí o indikaci a výběru alergenů AIT vakcíny by mělo být učiněno lékařem alergologem s adekvátními zkušenostmi, znalostmi a dovednostmi. Článek se zabývá problematikou designu pylové AIT vakcíny, a to se zaměřením na volbu aplikační formy AIT vakcíny a na možnosti změny formy a složení AIT vakcíny v průběhu běžící terapie.

Allergen immunotherapy (AIT) is currently the only causal treatment for allergic rhinoconjunctivitis and allergic asthma, apart from allergen avoidance. Decision about indication and allergen selection of the AIT vaccine should only be made by an allergologist with proper training, expertise and skills. The article is about designing the pollen AIT vaccine with a focus on choice of the application form of the AIT vaccine and on a possibility to change the AIT vaccine during the course of the therapy.
