Referován případ ženy s Rathkeho cystou komprimující hypofýzu a částečně i chiasma opticum. Přítomný hypopituitarismus se manifestoval těžkým minerálním rozvratem. Po adekvátní hormonální substituci se iontogram zcela normalizoval. Následně byla pacientka operována.

A case report of a female patient with Rathke's cleft cyst compressing the pituitary gland and partially also optic chiasm is referred. Present hypopituitarism was manifested as a severe mineral dysbalance. The iontogram fully returned to normal values following the adequate hormonal substitution. After that the patient was operated.
