Prediktivní testování zhoubných nádorů prsu a trávicího traktu představuje jednu z cest precizní medicíny na základě identifikace molekulárního profilu a targetabilních biomarkerů. Specifická terčová léčba „šitá na míru“ významně obohatila léčebné armamentarium i těchto solidních zhoubných novotvarů. Léky zaměřené na specifické cíle se postupně implementují do klinické praxe a jejich použití přináší signifikantní zlepšení terapeutických výsledků.

Predictive testing of breast and gastrointestinal cancers is one way of precision medicine based on the identification of molecular profile and targetable biomarkers. Specific “tailor-made” target treatment has significantly enriched the healing armamentarium of these solid malignancies as well. Drugs focused on specific goals are gradually being implemented in clinical practice and their use brings significant improvements in therapeutic results.
