Autoři uvádí případ 52leté ženy, u které 10 let dochází ke změnám a odlučování nehtových plotének na rukou i nohou. Histopatologické vyšetření prokázalo lichen planus. Diskutována je problematika postižení nehtů, klinické formy onemocnění, diferenciální diagnostika a současné možnosti léčby.
