Rychlý rozvoj biomedicínských technologií klade nebývalý důraz na práci zdravotnických pracovníků s odhornými informacemi. Rozvoj informačních technologií zároveň přináší nové možnosti, jak s tímto typem medicínských informací pracovat. Nové nástroje pro práci s informacemi přitom vznikají podstatně rychleji, nežli je možné je implementovat do informačních systémů zdravotnických zařízení- a jejich implementace naráží na podstatné problémy. Cílem článku je dát tvůrcům a (budoucím) uživatelům informačních systémů stručný přeiúed typologie od"Orných informací požadovaných pro podporu medičínské práce a nástin možností jejich implementace.

The rapid development of biomedical technologies implies new demands on the ways health professionals use scientific information. At the same time, development of information technologies yields new possibilities to handle this kind of information. New tools for information access are being developed, and their development is much more rapid than it is possible to implement them within hospital information systems. Their implementation within HIS is also complicated by various problems, often principal. The aim of the paper is to provide the authors and (future) users of information systems in healthcare institutions with an overview of the variety of types of information sources that may be required to support clifi/cfl/ wor/i, and of some basic ways of their implementation.
