Článek má za úkol seznámit čtenáře se základy problematiky bezpečnosti počítačového zpracování zdravotnické dokumentace a zdravotnických informačních systémů (ZIS). Tato problematika je u nás poměrně málo známá, proto je článek koncipován spíše jako přehledový, se širokým záběrem a nezachází do konkréínich podrobnosti. Příspěvek zahrnuje jak netechnickou sránku bezpečnosti ZIS, tak i technickou stránku, včetně některých bezpečnostních mechanismů.
The article deals with the problematics of medical information systems security and the security of computerized medical data processing. Because this problematics is rather new and unknown, the article contains an overview of problematics with broader scope and does not contain technical details. The article contains non-technical aspects of information security, as well as technical aspects including some security mechanisms.
