Tato práce je přehledem bazických esterů kyseliny alkoxyfenylkarbamové s lokálně anestetickým účinkem za roky 1952-1996. Obsahuje série připravených látek a vztah chemické struktury a lokálně anestetického účinku. Rozdělení těchto látek vychází ze tří částí molekuly lokálního anestetika (lipofilni části, spojovacího řetězce a bazické hydrofilní části), které načrtnul Löfgren. Dodnes syntetizované látky jsou rozděleny podle typu spojovacího řetězce a dále podle typu bazické hydrofilní části.

The present paper surveys basic esters of alkoxyphenylcarbamic acid with local anaesthetic effects in the years 1952 through 1996. It includes the series of prepared compounds and the relationship of the chemical structure and local anaesthetic effect. The classification of these compounds is based on the three parts of the molecule of the local anaesthetic (the lipophilic part, connecting chain and basic hydrophilic part) outlined by Löfgren. The hitherto synthesized compounds are divided according to the type of the connecting chain and further according to the type of the basic hydrophilic part.
