Přehledný článek ve kterém autoři upozorňují na diagnostiku a terapii funkčních žaludečních poruch. Z hlediska výskytu je funkční žaludeční dyspepsie jedním z nejčastějších onemocnění trávicí trubice. Etiologie a patogeneze onemocnění je prozkoumána jen málo, v současné době lze říci, že na vzniku obtíží se podílí především abnormální motilita žaludku a zvýšená viscerální senzitivita. Pozitivní diagnóza je u těchto onemocnění možná jen výjimečně. V terapii se uplatňuje vedle režimových a dietních opatření podávání celé řady léků (prokinetika, antiulce- róza, deflatulencia, muskulotropní spazmolytika a psychofarmaka). Jsou diskutovány výhody a indikace podání léčiv jednotlivých farmaceutických skupin. I přes všechna opatření je léčba funkčních poruch trávicí trubice obtížná a uspokojivý výsledek je docílen u menšího počtu nemocných.

In the overview article the authors show the diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities in patients with the functional gastric dyspepsia. According to the incidence, the functional gastric dyspepsia forms the leader disorder, which occurs in the gastrointestinal tract. The etiology and patogenetic mechanisms are still unknown, but abnormal gastric motility and the visceral hypersensitivity are proposed. The diagnostic approach is difficult and the positive diagnosis is very rare. The therapeutic armametarium involves psychotherapy, dietary restrictions and the drug treatment (prokinetics, anacids, antisecretor drugs, musculotropic spasmolytics and psychopharmacologic drugs). We discuss some advantages and indications in the medicament treatment. We must stress that the long therm positive results are reached only in the minority of the patients.
