The aim of our study is to find the sentinel lymph node during the lung resection for the non-small cell lung cancer. The technique will be based on the staining of the peritumoral tissue by the patent blue dye. Patient selection and the procedure will be modified according to our recommendations based on the results of our previous study IGA ND 6161. The sentinel node will be cut and examine for micrometastases by the imunohistochemical analysis The statistical analysis of the sentinel node detection will be performed simultaneously with the assessement of the occurrence of the micrometastases in the sentinel node. The impact of the micrometastases in the sentinel node on the prognosis will be monitored in the long term follow up.

Předmětem práce je nalezení sentinelové uzliny při operaci pro nemalobuněčný plicní karcinom metodou barvení lymfatik patentní modří na základě upravené metodiky dle naší grantové studie IGA ND 6161 z let 2000-2002. Sentinelová uzlina bude speciálně prokrájena a bude zkoumána na přítomnost mikrometastáz za pomoci imunohistochemických metod. Bude zkoumána výtěžnost a kvalita námi modifikované techniky detekce sentinelové uzliny standardními statistickými metodami a bude zkoumána četnost záchytu mikrometastáz v sentinelové uzlině. Bude dlouhodobě sledován a hodnocen vliv nalezených makro či mikrometastáz na prognózu nemoci.
