Príspevok je venovaný problematike mentorstva v ošetrovateľstve. Definuje pojmy a teoretické východiská osobnosti mentora klinickej praxe, jeho komunikácie, hodnotenia a jednotlivých rol. Deklarujeme aj význam mentoringu v súčasnej príprave študentov ošetrovateľstva Metódy: Použitím dotazníka vlastnej konštrukcie obsahujúceho 20 položiek sme na vzorke 88 respondentov - študentov ošetrovateľstva mapovali ich postoje a názory na osobnosť mentora klinickej praxe. Údaje sme analyzovali pomocou relatívneja absolútnej početnosti a interpretovali v tabuľkách. Výsledky: Identifikovali sme, že študenti vyšších ročníkov (druháci a tretiaci) vnímajú prínos, prístup, spoluprácu s mentorom a hodnotenie mentora klinickej praxe pozitívnejšie ako študenti prvého ročníka. Záver: Na základe výsledkov prieskumu sme vytýčili odporúčania pre prax pre potreby klinickej praxe študentov ošetrovateľstva.
This thesis is devoted to the issues of mentoring in nursing. This thesis is defying terms and theoretical solution of clinical practice mentors personality, his communication, evaluation of individual roles. Also we are declaring meaning of mentoring in the present preparation of the nursing students. Methods: By usage of the self made survey consisting of 20 questions. From responses of 88 respondents of nursing students, mapped their attitude and opinion to the clinical mentors personality. We analyzed personal data with assistance of relative, honourable intentions and we interpreted them in the table. Results: We defined, that senior students (2nd and 3rd year students) understands benefit, attitude, cooperation with mentor of clinical practice positively as 1st year students. Conclusion: Based on the outcome of the survey we marked out recommendations for needs of clinical practice for nursing students.
