Automutilujici poraněni penisu včetně jeho totální amputace s amputaci skrota i s varlaty představuje poměrně řídký jev. Sebepoškození se nejčastěji objevuje v důsledku psychické poruchy. Autopoškození genitálu se obvykle projevují jako řezná poranění penisu a skrota bez úmyslu ztráty orgánu, ke kterému však může dojít následkem posttraumatických komplikací. Kombinovaná amputace penisu, Skrota i varlat je referována velmi ojediněle. Autoři popisují 30 letého muže, který si provedl amputaci penisu a následně v druhé době po zhojeni i amputaci skrota. Posuzují problém z hlediska terapeutického a psychiatrického. Problém je nutné hodnotit nejen z hlediska psychiky pacienta, ale také lékařů a ošetřujícího personálu. Tito musi operovat a ošetřovat často nepřátelsky naladěného pacienta, který odmítá spolupracovat a terapeutické výsledky znehodnotí dalším sebepoškozením.
The self-infliaed trauma of penis including its total amputation with scrotal amputation together with testes represents a rare situation. Self-mutilations are sequelae of psychical disorder in most cases. Auto-mutilations of genitals manifest usually as incision traumas of penis and scrotum without the tendency to organ amputation, which can however be the sequel of posttraumatic complications. The combined amputation of penis, scrotum and testes is reported very rarely. Authors describe the 30 years old male, who provided the penis amputation and later after recovery he provided the amputation of scrotum. They describe this problem from the therapeutic and psychiatric view, is not possible to analyse such problem only from the patient's psychic position but also from the view of surgeons and healthcare workers. These professionals have often to treat and operate a patient with hostile mood, who refuses to co-operate and than destroys the therapeutic results with other self-mutilation.
