Autoři porovnávají výsledky klinického vyšetření pacientů s primární osteoartrózou kyčelního kloubu s jejich subjektivním stavem a rentgenologickým nálezem. Klinický stav 18 pacientů byl posuzován podle velikosti úhlu pasivně prováděné vnitřní rotace v kyčelních kloubech do místa pohybové bariéry a do místa maximálního rozsahu pohybu. Pro zhodnocení subjektivních potíží pacienta byl použit algofunkční dotazník WOMAC, morfologické změny byly popsány podle stupnice Kellgrena a Lawrence. Zjištěné výsledky byly mezi sebou navzájem korelovány. Statisticky významná negativní korelace (Rs = -0,550) byla vypočítána mezi indexem WOMAC a rozsahem vnitřní rotace do pohybové bariéry. Mezi ostatními výsledky nebyla vypozorována statisticky významná závislost.

Authors compare the results of clinical evaluation with X-ray examination and subjective condition of patients with primary osteoarthritis of the hip joint. Clinical evaluation in 18 patients was qualified according to the range of motion of the hip joint to the first point of resistance with passive internal rotation. For the evaluation of the subjective complaints of the patients the algofunctional questionnaire WOMAC was used, morphological findings were evaluated according to Kellgren and Lawrence scale. The results were correlated one another. Statistically significant negative correlation (Rs = -0,550) was found between the WOMAC index and the range of motion of the internal rotation to first resistance. No statistically significant correlation was found between the other results.
