Kazuistika popisuje případ polyartritidy nosných kloubů u pacientky s diabetes mellitus 1. typu, včetně diagnostického programu, který vedl k průkazu kloubní chondrokalcinózy. Po zjištění příčiny polyartritidy bylo nutné vyloučit spektrum onemocnění spojených s kloubní chondrokalcinózou. Prozatím zůstává nejasné, zdali jde o koincidenci dvou onemocnění nebo kauzální vztah.

The case describes polyarthritis of weight bearing joints in a patient with type 1 diabetes mellitus including diagnostic programme that led to a prove of the articular chondrocalcinosis. Following the detection of the cause of the polyarthritis it was necessary to rule out a range of diseases associated with the articular chondrocalcinosis. Until now, it remains unclear if it is a coincidence of two diseases or a causal relationship.
