Ošetřovatelská dokumentace je nedílnou, avšak samostatnou součástí zdravotnické dokumentace. Její vedení je neoddělitelnou součástí práce sester. Autoři příspěvku předkládají parciální výsledky výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci a názory sester na ni ve vybraných zdravotnických zařízeních v České a Slovenské republice, a na Ukrajině. Výběrový soubor tvořilo 210 sester ve všech věkových kategoriích pracujících na ošetřovacích jednotkách ve třech zemích. Pro získání dat byla zvolena technika dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, který kromě popisných a demografických údajů obsahoval 19 položek. Dotazník byl distribuován v české, slovenské a ukrajinské verzi. Na základě získaných dat lez konstatovat, že časová náročnost vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace u osloveného vzorku sester souvisí s místem (zemí) jejich působení. Ve vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace mezi jednotlivými zeměmi existují rozdíly. V názorech sester na význam ošetřovatelské dokumentace jsme nezjistili žádné signifikantní rozdíly.

Nursing documentation is an integral but independent part of medical documentation. Keeping such documentation is an inseparable part of nurses‘ work. The authors of the paper submit partial results of a research survey focused on nursing documentation and opinions of nurses in the selected health care facilities in the Czech Republic, in the Slovak Republic and in Ukraine. The sample comprised 210 nurses in all age categories working in nursing units in three countries. To obtain the data, a technique of a questionnaire of authors' own design was selected, which included 19 items in addition to descriptive and demographic data. The questionnaire was distributed in the Czech, Slovak and Ukrainian version. On the basis of the data obtained, it is possible to state that the time devoted to managing nursing documentation in the research sample is related to the place (s) of their nursing activity. There are differences in the management of nursing documentation among the selected countries. In the nurses' opinions on the importance of nursing documentation, we did not find any significant differences.
