Léčba osimertinibem napříč liniemi u nemalobuněčného karcinomu plic s mutací EGFR – kazuistika
[Cross-lineage osimertinib treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation – case report]

Osimertinib je ireverzibilní perorální inhibitor tyrosinkinázy receptoru epidermálního růstového faktoru (epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR) třetí generace, který selektivně inhibuje mutace senzibilizující tyrosinkinázový inhibitor EGFR i mutace rezistence EGFR T790M a prokázal účinnost u pacientů s nemalobuněčným karcinomem plic, kteří mají metastázy v centrálním nervovém systému. Aktuální výsledky studie ADAURA a shrnutí dosavadních indikací k léčbě osimertinibem s perspektivou i v dalších rozšiřujících indikacích je předmětem následujícího sdělení s případem nemocné s výborným účinkem osimertinibu ve čtvrté linii léčby.

Osimertinib is a third-generation irreversible epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor sensitizing mutations and EGFR T790M mutational resistance and for efficacy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer involving the central nervous system. The current results of the ADAURA study and a summary of the current indications for osimertinib treatment with a perspective in other expanding indications are the subject of the following communication with the case of a patient with an excellent effect of osimertinib in the 4th line of treatment.
