Roční studie 51 infertilního páru, hodnoceno 47 párů - 25 případů testikulámí azoospermie a 22 případů obštrukční azoospermie. Průměrný věk mužů v tomto souboru je 33 roků (22 - 48 let). Doba sledování činí 1-18 měsíců. V 17 případech jsme provedli mikrochirurgickou aspiraci epididymálních spermií (Microsurgical Epididýmal Sperm Aspiration - MESA), 5krát jsme aspirovali testikulámí spermie (TEsticular Sperm Aspiration TESÁ) a u 25 mužů jsme použili extrakci testikulárních spermií {TEsticular Sperm Extraction - TESE). Ve skupině s testikulámí azoospermií se podařilo získat spermie v 12/25 případů, tj. v 48 %. U mužů s obštrukční azoospermií byly úspěšné všechny aspirace, tj. výtěžnost činila 100 %, V tomto souboru se narodilo pět dětí. probíhá dalších sedm gravidit, celkově tedy bylo bez ohledu na etiologii mužské infertility úspěšně vyřešeno 12/47 případů, tj. 25,5 %. Při diferencovaném hodnocení obou skupin nemocných vypadá výsledek takto: ve skupině s testikulámí azoospermií se narodilo jedno dítě a probíhají dvě gravidity, tj. 12 %, ve skupině s obštrukční azoospermií se narodily čtyři děti a probíhá pět gravidit, tj. 40,9 %.

A one-year study of 51 infertile couples, 47 couples evaluated - 25 cases of testicular azoospermia and 22 cases of obstructive azoospermia. The mean age of the men in the group is 33 years (22 - 48 years). The follow-up period is 1 -18 months. In 17 instances microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration - MESA was made, five times testicular sperm aspiration - TESA and in 25 men testicular sperm extraction - TESE was used. In the group with testicular azoospermia it proved possible to obtain sperm in 12/25 cases, i.e. in 48 %. In men with obstructive azoospermia all aspirations were successful, i.e. the yield was 100 %. In this group five infants were born, another seven pregnancies are under way. Thus regardless of the etiology of male infertility 12/47 cases, i.e. 25.5 %, were successfully resolved. When using differentiated evaluation of the two groups the results are as follows: in the group with testicular azoospermia one infant was bom and two pregnancies are under way, i.e. 12 %, in the group with obstructive azoospermia four infants were born and five pregnancies are under way, i.e. 40.9 %.
