Hiporehabilitace je v dnešní době diskutovaná otázka při léčbě různých forem poruch hybnosti. Bohužel klade značné nároky nejen na odbornost týmu a jeho fyzickou zdatnost, ale je zapotřebí také nemalých finančních zdrojů. Lze tedy jen těžko předpokládat její rutinní uplatnění ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Ve svém článku se věnuji problematice dělení hiporehabilitace a jejích jednotlivých částí z pohledu a zkušeností našeho zařízení (Sdružení „Piafa“ ve Vyškově).
Hipporehabilitation is a currently discussed problem in the treatment of different forms of mobility disorders. It unfortunately imposes considerable requirements concerning not only the expert proficiency of the team and their physical condition but also considerable financial sources. Thus, it is hard to assume its routine implementation in health facilities. In my article I consider the problem of the classification of hipporehabilitation and of its parts with taking into account the viewpoint and experience of our facility (Association “Piafa” in Vyškov).
