Úvod: Mulačova nemocnice v Plzni má dlouhou tradici laparoskopických plastik inguinální hernie. Cílem bylo zhodnocení vlastního souboru pacientů se sledováním peroperačních a pooperačních komplikací, především incidenci recidivy inguinální hernie. Metodika: Do retrospektivní unicentrické studie bylo zahrnuto 449 pacientů operovaných metodou TAPP. Doba sledování byla minimálně 3 roky. Sledovány byly parametry věku v době výkonu, pohlaví, operační nález typu kýly a eventuálně rozvoj komplikací. Výsledky: Věkový průměr operovaných byl 57,1 roku, výrazně dominovali muži. V operačních nálezech převažovaly nepřímé kýly nad ostatními typy tříselných kýl. Krvácivé komplikace jsme zaznamenali u 21 pacientů, zánětlivé u dvou pacientů a recidivu u 16 pacientů. Sledovány byly i další parametry. Závěr: Indikace k laparoskopické plastice inguinální hernie se neustále rozšiřují. Její provedení zkušeným operatérem je i na malém pracovišti bezpečnou metodou s nízkým procentem komplikací včetně recidiv.
Introduction: Mulac Hospital in Pilsen has a long tradition of laparoscopic inguinal hernia operations. The aim was to assess the own group of patients with monitoring of perioperative and postoperative complications, especially the incidence of recurrence of inguinal hernia. Methods: Retrospective unicentric study, 449 patients operated by TAPP were included. The follow-up period was at least 3 years. Parameters of age at the time of operation, sex, hernia-type surgical findings and possibly the development of complications were monitored. Results: The average age of the operated patients was 57.1 years, significantly dominated by men. Indirect hernias predominated over other types of inguinal hernias in surgical findings. We found bleeding complications in 21 patients, inflammatory in 2 patients and recurrence in 16 patients. Other parameters were also monitored. Conclusion: The indications for laparoscopic surgery of the inguinal hernia are constantly expanding. Its performance by an experienced surgeon is a safe method even in a small workplace with a low percentage of complications, including recurrences.
