Anetodermie je velmi vzácné kožní onemocnění, které souvisí s chronickým zánětem, fragmentací a ztrátou elastických vláken v dermis.(5)Jedná se o kožní chorobu, která je řazena mezi elastózy, způsobující diskrétní ložiska ochablé kůže. Lze ji pozorovat u lidí všech věkových kategorií, ale nejčastěji se vyskytuje u mladých žen ve věku 15–25 let. Existují dvě formy anetodemie – primární a sekundární. V klinickém obraze postihuje především kůži na trupu nebo končetinách, kde vznikají měkké, mírně vyklenuté, palpovatelné léze.(2) V níže uvedené kazuistice popisujeme případ pacientky s anamnézou získané formy anetodermie.

Anetoderma is a very rare skin condition that is associated with chronic inflammation, fragmentation and loss of elastic fibers in the dermis.(5) It is an uncommon condition in which the elastic tissue in the dermis is lost, resulting in a depression in the skin. Anetoderma more commonly affects women and the usual age range is 15–25 years. There are two forms of anetodema – primary and secondary. The typical clinical presentation of anetoderma is of multiple lesions with wrinkly skin overlying a palpable depression, are most commonly found on the chest or limbs.(2) In the case report below, we describe the case of a female patient with a history of an acquired form of anetoderma.
