Prezentovaná kazuistika se zabývá léčbou pacientky s recidivou ovariálního karcinomu a současně zjištěnou tuberkulózou plic. Případ demonstruje možnost užití inhibitoru PARP (po[y(ADP-ribóza) poiymerázy) v kombinaci s antituberkulózní léčbou a upozorňuje na důležitost zhodnocení farmakologických interakcí.

The presented case report deals with the treatment of a patient with recurrent ovarian cancer and concurrently diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. The case demonstrates the possibility of using a PARP inhibitor in combination with antituberculosis treatment and highlights the importance of evaluating pharmacological interactions.
