Kazuistika prezentuje případ 50letého pacienta se závažnou formou alopecia areata, alopecia universalis, nereagující na dosavadní terapii lokálními ani celkovými preparáty. U pacienta proto byla zahájena terapie inhibitorem Janusových kináz (JAK) 1 a 2 - baricitinibem. Je zde stručně popsáno zahájení terapie u pacienta indikovaného k terapii inhibitory JAK, monitorace pacienta v průběhu terapie i před jejím zahájením.

This case report is demonstrating a 50 years old male patient with severe form of alopecia areata, alopecia universalis, which is not responding to local therapy nor the systemic therapy. That's why the baricitinib, a systemic JAK inhibitor, therapy was started. There is briefly described the beginning of the therapy and the monitoration before and during the therapy.
