Beecher, Walsh McDermott, David L. Bazelon, Paul Freund, H. L. A. Hart, John Rawls, Paul Ramsey, Richard McCormick, Rashi Fein, and Bernard Barber. The text has eight major divisions, beginning with sections on the ethical dimensions of the physician-patient relationship in history; the moral bases of medical ethics; and regulation, compulsion, and protection of the consumer in clinical medicine and public health. Anotace I.: Cílem projektu je vymezení právních aspektů při poskytování zdravotní péče v krajních životních situacích pro pacienta při absenci jeho inf.souhlasu s akcentem na nové pojetí vztahu lékař-pacient. Anotace II.: Prioritou je rozhodování lékařev situacích akutního ohrožení života či zdraví pacienta při odmítnutí navrhované terapie či neposkytnutí souhlasu z důvodu jeho nepříznivého stavu; rozhodování lékaře o ukončení poskytované léčby u medicínsky indikovaných stavů s infaustní prognózou na základě indikace lékaře či na žádost pacienta. Anotace III.: Vytvoření metodiky chování a rozhodování lékaře při léčbě pacienta v pregnantně definovaných právních mantinelech jako důležitý právní nástroj systému řízení péče o zdraví. Anotace IV.:Základemvýzk.metody budou právní odborné expertizy, dotazníková šetření ke zjištění znalostní úrovně při poskytování zdr.péče v mezních situacích a názorové diverzifikace odb.veřejnosti ve vztahu k předmětu výzkumu.; The main goal of this project is to define all the legal implications of provision of healthcare in extreme situations in life, with absence of informed confirmance. We put the accent on new concept of relationship between healthcare professionals and patients, which is based on Convetntion on Human Rights and Biomedicine, prioritizing self-goverment of decision-making. Priorites are description of judging of physicians in situations of acute threat to health or life, refusal of suggested therapy or lack of provided confirmance of treatment due to bad state of health. Other topics are decisions on termination of treatment in cases of infavourable forecast, where this termination can be based either on patient's request or on physician's conclusion. Thedescription of the method to be adopted - new approaches to the treatment of patients within the bounds of pregnantly defined legal limit, in all specializations where any potential risks can be presumed to exist in the provision of health care.
