V klinickej praxi dermatovenerológa lôžkového oddelenia sú autoimunitné ochorenia skupiny pemphigus relatívne častými diagnózami. Okrem dôkladnej ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti o pacientov s týmto ochorením sa do popredia dostáva liečba rituximabom, ktorá je určená pri liečbe stredne ťažkých a ťažkých štádií ochorenia skupiny pempfigus vulgaris. Aj pri tejto liečbe je neodmysliteľným partnerom lekára sestra, ktorá pacienta sleduje počas celej doby aplikácie biologika.
Autoimmune diseases, mainly a group of Pemphigus diseases is relatively frequent diagnoses in the dermatologic clinical practice. New days, beyond the consistent nursing care, which is essential for these patients, the treatment with rituximab have arisen as the basic terapeutic option of moderate and severe stages of Pemphigus vulgaris. According to this therapy, nurse is an important doctor’ s partner, who takes care of the patient during the whole time administrating the biologic drug.
