Solubilní receptor pro IL-2 (sIL-2R) byl stanovován metodou ELISA v séru 86 pacientů se sarkoidózou. Nemocní byli rozděleni do skupin dle rtg stadia, závažnosti a průběhu nemoci. Byla zjištěna signifikantně vyšší hladina SIL-2R u nemocných s rtg stadiem II ve srovnání se stadiem I, vyšší hodnoty měli nemocní, kteří vyžadovali léčbu dle standardních indikací. Nesignifikantně vyšší hladiny sIL-2R byly zjištěny u pacientů, u nichž onemocnění perzistovalo nebo progredovalo během dvou let sledování. Je diskutován klinický význam zjištěných výsledků.

Soluble mterleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) was measured in serum of 86 patients with sarcoidosis. Patients were toded subgroups according to X-ray stage, severity and course of the disease. Significantly higher values of sIL-2R were present in patients with X-ray stage II disease, compared to X-ray stage I, higher levels of sIL-2R had patients who were treated according to standard indications. Non significant difference of sIL-2R was detected in subgroup with resolution versus subgroup with persistence or progression during two years of follow up. Clinical value of present results is discussed.
