Doplnění a upřesnění kazuistiky uveřejněné v čísle 10/2003 Rozhledů v chirurgii. Podle výsledků zobrazovacich metod by byl pacient zařazen do 4 stadia onkologického onemocnění s indikovanou paliativní chemoterapií a prakticky infaustní prognózou. Ve snaze histologický verifikovat diseminaci onemocnění a získat materiál k vyšetření chemorezistence jako podmínku zvolení optimální chemoterapie byla prokázána nepřesnost proveděných zobrazovacích metod a peroperačně i histologický byly vzdálené metastázy i uzlinová metastatická infiltrace vyloučeny. Pacient byl překlasifikován do 1 stadia onkologického onemocnění se zásadně lepším prognostickým výhledem.

The authors supplemented and refined the case review published in the Rozhledy v chirurgii No. 10/ 2003. According to the results of the visualizing diagnostic methods, the patient would be classified as the fourth stadium of the oncological disorder with a paliative chemotherapy indicated and would be predicted a practically infaust prognosis. In order to verify the disorder dissemination histologically and to obtain a material for the chemoresistance examination which is necessary for choosing the optimum chemotherapy, the histology samples were taken. The above proved the visualizing methods inaccurate and both the surgery and the histology ruled the presence of distal metastases and nodular metastatic infiltration out. The patient's case was re-classified as being the first stage of the oncological disorder, having a considerably better prognosis.
