Předložený případ popisuje významný pokles krevního tlaku u diabetika s arteriální hypertenzí a nefropatií dosažený preparátem aliskiren, dokumentovaný 24hodinovým ambulantním monitorováním tlaku krve (TK).

The presented case describes a significant decrease of arterial pressure in a patient with diabetes mellitus and nephropathy caused by a treatment with aliskiren that was documented by 24-hours blood pressure monitoring (BP).
