Tématem přehledového článku je miniinvazivní přístup v chirurgické léčbě nespecifických střevních zánětů. Jsou zde zhodnoceny výhody, nevýhody a rizika miniinvazivního přístupu. Uvádějí se nové metody miniinvazivního přístupu, jako jsou jednoportový přístup SILS a transanální přístup TAMIS. Z dostupných multicentrických studií a doporučení lze laparoskopický přístup doporučit zatím jen v indikaci primárních ileocekálních resekcí a pro konstrukce střevních vývodů. I pro ostatní indikace jsou lepší krátkodobé výsledky. Výhody ostatních miniinvazivních metod nejsou zatím dostatečně prozkoumané.

This review examines the minimally invasive approach for the surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. The advantages, disadvantages, and risks of the minimally invasive approach are evaluated. New minimally invasive approach methods, such as single-port laparoscopy (SILS) and the transanal approach (TAMIS), are reviewed. Based on the results of multicenter studies, the laparoscopic approach is still considered the optimal method for primary ileocecal resection and stoma construction. Also, it provides better short-term results for other indications. The benefits of other minimally invasive techniques have not yet been sufficiently explored.
