nklisiran se stává etablovaným lékem mezi hypoLipidemiky. Účinek je založený na principu „umlčování" translace RNA pomocí siRNA (small interfering RNA; short interfering RNA; silencing RNA). Inklisiran je podáván injekční formou 1* za půl roku k doposud užívané hypolipidemické léčbě. Inklisiran je zkoumán v rozsáhlém programu ORION. Popisujeme zkušenost s léčbou inklisiranem, včetně kazuistiky u pacienta v sekundární prevenci aterosklerotických vaskulárních onemocnění. Účinnost a snášenlivost inklisiranu při správné indikaci byla excelentní.
Inclisiran is a hypolipidemic drug based on the principle of siRNA (small interfering RNA; short interfering RNA; silencing RNA). The drug is administered once every half year via subcutaneous injection. Inclisiran is being studied in the ORION program. We describe the experience with inclisiran treatment, including a case report of a patient in secondary prevention of atherosclerotic vascular disease. When indicated properly, the efficacy of inclisiran is excellent and the drug is well tolerated.
