[Polytrauma in a patient after an electric shock]
Předkládáme případ pacienta (37 let) s polytraumatem po pádu ze střechy vagónu, následkem zasažení elektrickým proudem s nutností urgentní resuscitace. Během komplikované léčby byla nutná evakuace epidurálního hematomu (EDH) vpravo, umělá plicní ventilace (UPV), ošetřování popelených ploch s autotransplantací. Po osmdesáti dnech byl zahojený pacient přeložen na spádovou chirurgii k doléčení a rehabilitaci.
We present a case of a 37 years old patient who suffered polytrauma with a need of an urgent resuscitation after the fall from a wagon roof resulting from the electric shock. During a complicated treatment the evacuation of epidural hematoma (EDH) on the right side, artificial pulmonary ventilation (UPV), and nursing of burnt areas with autotransplantation were necessary. After 80 days the healed patient was transferred to the local surgery department for further treatment and physiotherapy.
