Upon twelve-year practice with methamphetamine users in the area of traditionally dominant use of this drug, we are trying to describe and record some typical variables connected with the use of stimulative drugs. We deal with possible typology of clients using services of contact centres, with their patterns of behaviour and changes over time. As we cannot consider group of methamphetamine users as a compact rank, we observe clinical characteristics of individual groups of users and indicate possible effective interventions. Differences in types of clients using amphetamines require differentiation of services and attitudes and a broad range of knowledge of the intervention teams. Long-term reflection monitoring main variables and patterns defined by target group. Michaela Schaferová has graduated in psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc.
