Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření agresivity, které bylo realizováno u 202 sester vybraných oddělení ve dvou zdravotnických zařízeních - Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava a Nemocnici Třinec. Cílem práce bylo zjistit výskyt slovní a fyzické agrese směřované k sestrám, definovat nejčastějšího agresora, zjistit, zda se sestry umí agresi adekvátně bránit a zda a jaké mají informace o agresivitě ve zdravotnických zařízeních.
The paper shows the outcomes of an interview inquiry of aggression in healthcare facilities, which was implemented in the Faculty Hospital of Ostrava and Třinec Hospital in 202 nurses from selected departments. The aim of the study was to find out the incidence of verbal and physical aggression directed at nurses, to define the most common aggressor, to discover if nurses are able to defend themselves against the aggression adequately, if and what kind of information of aggression in health facilities they have.
