V našej príspevku sa venujeme analýze manažmentu práce operátorov tiesňovej linky záchrannej zdravotnej služby 155 pri nehodách s hromadným postihnutím osôb a s ňou spojených vplyvov na ďalšiu prognózu zdravotného stavu pacienta. Analyzovali sme organizáciu riadenia zásahu od prvej výzvy pacienta na tiesňovú linku 155, cez zber informácií s využitím skupiny odborných postupov, vyslanie zásahových skupín, komunikáciu s veliteľom zdravotníckeho zásahu, triedenia a odvoz ranených do koncových zdravotníckych zariadení. Podrobne sme rozobrali málo poznanú, napriek tomu nenahraditeľnú prácu zdravotníckeho operátora na tiesňovej linke 155, jeho kompetencie, zodpovednosť, možnosti zlepšenia osobnostných, vedomostných, technických a legislatívnych činiteľov. Špecifikujeme odporúčania pre zlepšenie organizácie práce operátorov tiesňovej linky 155, preverujeme správnosť účinného a efektívneho fungovania záchrannej zdravotnej služby pri riešení nehôd s hromadným postihnutím osôb.
Our thesis is focused on analysis of the management work of the health care operators of the emergency hot line of the rescue health care services 155 in accidents leading to mass injuries and associated impacts on the next prognosis of the patient health status. We describe the operational procedure of the intervention since the first call of the patient to the emergency hot line 155, through the collection of information by using a group of professional practices, deployment of intervention teams, communication with the leader of the medical intervention, sorting and transfer of the wounded to terminal medical facilities. Not very well known but indispensable work of the health care operator of the hot line 155, its responsibility as well as the possibility for its improvement of the educational, technical and legislative factors has been discussed in detail. We analyze in order to specify the recommendations for improving the work management of the health care operators of the emergency hot line 155, to verify the accuracy and functioning efficiency of the rescue health care services solving the accidents lead to the mass injuries.
