Významnou část neuroinfekcí tvoří lymeská borelióza. Její laboratorní diagnostika není opti-málně vyřešena. Proto byla navržena studie zabývající se jejím vyšetřováním. Je zamýšleno korelovat serologické testy typu EIA a WB s různými antigeny mezi sebou a dále s metodami přímé detekce borelií – PCR a elektronovou mikroskopií. Budou porovnávány různé varianty PCR technik (nested a real-time). Anaplazmóza a bartonelóza jsou další infekce, které jsou méně časté, ale prokazatelně se uplatňují na spektru lidských onemocnění v našich podmín-kách. Studie je proto také cílena na ověření laboratorní diagnostiky těchto dvou chorob. Bu-dou porovnávány serologické metody a průkaz specifické DNA. Výsledky všech laborator-ních vyšetření budou korelovány s klinickým průběhem onemocnění a dalšími rutinními vy-šetřeními v prospektivní studii. Lze předpokládat, že bude možno aktualizovat přístupy k diagnostice lymeské boreliózy a dalších uvedených infekcí.; Lyme borreliosis is important zoonosis in Czech Republic. Its’ diagnostic is not optimal. Due to this fact the study was suggested with the aim to solve this problem. It is intended to corre-late EIA and WB tests for the detection of antibodies with different antigens among them-selves and with methods of the direct proof of pathogen – PCR and electron microscopy. Dif-ferent PCR techniques will be tested (nested and real-time). Anaplasmosis and bartonellosis are less known infections that are infrequent but they were proven in our conditions. There-fore the study is targeted on verifying of the laboratory diagnostic of these pathogens also. The serological methods will be compared with the proof of the specific DNA. Results of all laboratory techniques will be correlated with clinical symptoms and with the other clinical data in prospective study. It can be presumed that guidelines for the diagnostic of Lyme bor-reliosis and the other above mentioned infections can be updated.
