Šetření psychosociálních potřeb mladých akutně psychotických pacientů (Pilotní studie)

Cílem této práce je předložit návrh na šetření psychosociálních potřeb mladých psychotických pacientů. Teoreticky jsem vyšla z koncepce lidského vývoje Erika Eriksona. Zajímalo mne, zda má pacient zájem a možnost osamostatnit se od primární rodiny, hledat si životního partnera a realizovat se v oblasti zaměstnání či zájmové činnosti. Šetření se týkalo dvaceti jedinců, kontaktovaných během jejich hospitalizace. Zdrojem šetření potřeb byl pacient, jeho významný druhý, ošetřující lékař a psychosociální pracovník. Data byla sbírána metodou dotazníku v kombinaci s nestandardizovaným rozhovorem. Na základě zjištěných údajů byla ověřena výzkumná otázka potvrzující psychosociální potřeby v souladu s Eriksonovou teorií. Pacienti jednoznačně měli zájem mít partnerský vztah a měli zájem se v životě realizovat. Ohledně osamostatnění od primární rodiny se objevily ambivalentní postoj.

The goal of this study is to offer a concept of a psychosocial need inquiry in young psychotic patients. Theoretically, the study isbasedon the Erik Erikson" s concept of a human development, and the autor tried to acknowledge the extent to what a young psychotic patient can show out psychosocial needs inherent to a stable individual. The author interested whether the individual is concerned and in a position to cut adrift from his prime family, to look for a fellow, and to fulfil himself in the realm of occupation. The inquiry was applied to twenty patients, contacted during their hospitalization. Source of the examination was a patient a significant other an attending psychiatrist, and a psychosocial worker. Data were gleaned by methods of a questionnaire, and an interview. Based on the data obtained it was possible to verify the research question confirming the psychosocial needs according to Eriksonvs theory. Patients were unambiguously interested to háve a fellow relationship, and to feel fulfilled in their lives. In respect of cutting adrift from prime family there appeared to be ambivalent attitudes.
