Duální protidestičková léčba kombinací kyseliny acetylsalicylové a blokátoru adenosindifosfátového receptoru je v současnosti pilířem léčby pacientů s akutním koronárním syndromem. Dva nové blokátory adenosindifosfátového receptoru – prasugrel a tikagrelor – jsou účinnější variantou v prevenci ischemických příhod než klopidogrel, nicméně zatím chybí data pro jejich přímé srovnání. V tomto přehledu je uvedeno jejich porovnání na základě dostupných výsledků studií.
Dual antiplatelet therapy consisting of acetylsalicylic acid and an adenosine diphosphate receptor blocker is the cornerstone of the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Two novel adenosine diphosphate receptor blockers are now available - prasugrel and ticagrelor. These are a more effective option in the prevention of ischemic complications than clopidogrel. However, data comparing these two drugs „head-to-head" is still lacking. This review presents a comparison of their effect based on available clinical trials.
